Changing the colour of the branded bar along the top of the user interface

Step 1. Go to ‘Branding’ on the left hand side menu.

Step 2. Choose a new colour by either selecting one from the colour palette (click on the text box to expand this out), or by typing in your organisations HEX colour code.

Step 3. Click ‘Save Branding’.

Step 4. If changes are not instantly shown, please press F5 to refresh.

 

Uploading a custom logo

Step 1. Go to ‘Branding’ on the left hand side menu.

tep 2. Click the ‘Choose File’ button and locate the image from your hard drive.

Step 3. Ensure the logo is in PNG format, with a transparent background if possible, and fits the aspect ratio of 250 by 70 pixels.

Step 4. Choose ‘Upload image’ and you can then crop the image as necessary.

Step 5. Click ‘Save Branding’ to keep your changes.

 

Resetting all branding to default values

Step 1. Go to ‘Branding’ on the left hand side menu.

tep 2. Click the ‘Reset all branding’ button.

Note: Branding settings are attached to organisations within your system and will be set for whichever organisation you are an administrator for. If you are the administrator of the root organisation you can also decide which branding settings to apply to all users on their sign in page.
