The Help Center explained

There are three main areas within the Help Center, the HelpDesk, the Product Guides, and the Community.

The HelpDesk is for Premium Support members to submit tickets for the Support team to investigate and resolve. For more information on using the HelpDesk, please see this article.

The Product guides are designed to help you get to the heart of your problem. Feel free to browse through these at your leisure.  If you want to leave a comment, then please see this article.

The Community forums are areas for discussion; to request features; and to ask any questions if you’re not a Premium Support member. For more information on using the Community, please see this article.
