Premium and non-Premium support

If you are a Premium customer, you’ll either be using one of our bespoke systems, or you’ll have opted to pay a little bit more for your annual Product licence. This means you can submit tickets that will hit our dedicated support and development team to get a swift response to your issue. 

If you are not on Premium support, don’t worry! Your support is provided through comprehensive Product guides that will answer most (if not all) of your questions, as well as through our community support which is monitored and responded to by our support team if another user doesn’t reply to your shout for help.
