I want to submit a HelpDesk ticket, what information is needed?

We'd appreciate as much information as possible, so please use the below as a guide when reporting an issue.

Web App -

  •  Describe exactly what you were doing - please provide us with a workflow to follow
  • The time and date the issue occurred
  • The browser and version number you were using
  • The web address of the page with the issue (this should be the full URL of the affected page)
  • A screen shot of the issue (including any error messages)
  • What you expected to happen as opposed to what did

Mobile App -

  • Describe exactly what you were doing - please provide us with a workflow to follow
  • The time and date the issue occurred
  • The make and model of the device you were using, along with the OS
  • The name of the page with the issue (this can also be the breadcrumb)
  • A screen shot of the issue (including any error messages)
  • What you expected to happen

We may ask for your log in details in order to replicate the issue and check it has been resolved. Please be assured that these details are only used in testing the issue and we treat all information as confidential.
