Do I need to be online or have signal to use the mobile app?

The Myprogress mobile app has been specifically designed to not require a constant connection - you can use it when and wherever you need to complete assessments.

Signing into the app and syncing your assessments however will require a connection (either mobile network or Wi-Fi) but, once your assessments have been downloaded, you can go completely offline and respond to your assessments. When you’re ready to send your responses back for review, just tap 'sync' when you next get a connection.
