Deleting a response

**LOGIN AS A TOP LEVEL SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR TO DELETE A RESPONSE**

Generate the detailed response report with the relevant information for the user your wanting to delete the response for; date, user name, assessment title.

Once you generate your detailed response report, if you scroll all the way to the right you will see a column for ‘Response ID’. If you click the number for the particular response this is a link, which will open another web page for you.

 

Once this page loads you will see a blue ‘Delete’ button (see below) which you will select to remove that response. It is important also to check it is the correct response you wish to delete before selecting this option.
