Deploying assessment can be completed with the following user role(s):
- Course Admin
- Super Tutor
Step 1. Choose ‘Deploy assessments’ from the left hand menu.
Step 2. Select an assessment using the search bar and filter tools. Click on ‘deploy this assessment’.
Step 3. Choose the assessment workflow
- General assessment
- Observational assessment
- Peer assessment
- Email invite assessment
Step 4: Link to a group if needed.
Step 5. Choose the date and time of the deployment if it is not to be deployed immediately.
Step 6. Apply an assessment deadline if needed.
Step 7. Click ‘Assign users’ to choose which students you want to deploy the assessment to. This can be individuals, as well as complete cohorts/groups, or a combination of the two.
Step 8. Click the ‘Deploy’ button on the bottom right.
