Visibility of terminology

Terminology can be changed at any point within an organisation and to make any changed you must be signed in as an admin user attached to that organisation.

**All terminology must be provided in lowercase**

 

Visibility of any terminology changes usually take effect immediately; however, you may need to refresh the page, log out & back in or clear down your cache to see these changes.

A common misunderstanding of the visibility of these changes site wide, is when these changes are done within a child organisation rather than a top level organisation, which therefore doesn’t reflect the changes across the whole site. An example of how visibility works is;
