Scheduling deployments and deadlines

When deploying an assessment, you can choose to deploy it at any point in the future.


It is possible to apply a deadline. When the deadline is reached, you have a choice of how the system handles responses:

  • The system can accept responses, and mark them as late
  • The system can reject late responses
  • The system can accept late responses

There is also an option to withdraw assessments from student/observer devices when the deadline is reached.

Users receive notifications within the system interface of any approaching or passed deadlines:
