Peter answered this question (outside this forum) in November, but I thought it might be useful to have the answer here for reference:
If your user role within your Myprogress system is coordinator or tutor+coordinator then you will have access to an additional set of alerts on your homepage identifying if any students are in need of extra support.
As students are marked for remediation, or for additional review, the alerts panel changes to draw your attention directly to the important aspect of review struggling students.
Clicking this alert, even if it isn’t lit up as an active alert, will show a list of all of the students who have been marked for review, along with a link to view the assessment response that identified the need for review. Coordinators can also contact the student directly from this page allowing for direct support as soon as concerns are noted.
