    Hi Ruth,

    The other method to doing this type of question would be a Multiple Choice Question, which would provide you with tick boxes, but you would need to enter in a few MCQs depending on the length of your list.

    A Likert Matrix would probably be better, and you don't have to assign values into a Likert Matrix in order for the question to work. If you leave the values at zero, this won't assign marks to the question and it should look neater.
