On occasion, MyProgress "stores" (or caches) information to enable faster recall for users. This is usually done in high data demand areas, such as dashboards and the sign-in page. If there has been changes to those pages, for example change in group visibility or branding, a cache clear out will refresh the data and make the "current" data appear.
Here is information on how to do this on various browsers:
Google Chrome
1. In your Chrome browser, click ‘More’ (located top right, clicking the 3 vertical dots)
2. Click ‘More Tools’ > Clear browsing data.
3. Choose a time/date range for deletion. To delete everything, select ‘All time’.
4. Make sure that the ‘Cookies and other site data’ and ‘Cached images and files’ boxes are checked.
5. Click ‘Clear data’.
